This is the closest spot one can find near the temple. However the rooms are very average and not very comfortable. The room size is very small. The staff is not very responsive. This hotel is great for location but for everything else it is very average.
There is shopping option and food option in the temple complex, but it is still some amount of walking. The hotel does not provide any type of room service, not even chai.
It is good for main temple darshan, but if you truly want to explore varanasi food, shopping and rest of the temples, you still have to walk in narrow lanes outside the temple complex.
Overall I recommend this place for its proximity to the main temple.

Very conveniently located but entry and exit are challenging due to surrounding security restrictions. Not many people know this property by southern grand Kasi, they call it Bhimas Shankar Guest House.
