    This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The management clearly doesn’t care about guests. Basic service standards were missing, staff were unhelpful, and the overall experience felt like a complete waste of money. What’s even more disappointing is how Agoda allows such properties to be listed without proper quality checks. This creates a misleading impression for customers. I was just simply provided matress. As it was mentioned a bed would be given. I contacted agoda but got response. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless you’re okay with poor service and zero accountability.

    This hotel is in excellent location. Walkable distance from most of the main temples. We were travelling with our senior citizen parents. We booked two rooms. There is no elevator, which is a biggest drawback. We had a hard time in moving the luggage till 2nd floor. There was not much help from the staff for transferring the luggage up and down during check in and check out.
