The only thing going for this was the location and it was clean. The mini split inside the room did not work. Phone to call front desk did not work. Coffee machine inside room did not work. Exhaust fan in room did not work. Alerted the front desk person and was brushed off. I paid over *** to stay in place that was not warm, no coffee and no exhaust fan. No thank you. Never again. It was right in downtown and that was about it.

This was a bad experience. although the room was clean it was old that is fine. what was not was that on night 1 partying/smoking/weed until 3;45am. I went to desk asked for another room due to this they advised they knew have spoken to them multiple times. THAT does not make it ok.. them moved us just 3 door down. 3rd night 11pm started the fighting door slamming yelling and smoking right next door to us. Staff did nothing. if you are looking for a frat house / weed smoking place then this would be it. Speaking to the front desk did nothing. they were horrible I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A dump in Dover for the night at almost $*** It was walking distance from our dinner reservation so we weren't interested in booking anywhere else, but I was astonished to see that my $*** was going towards holes in the drywall, stains everywhere, and a disgusting cigarette stench in a nonsmoking room. We checked out as soon as possible the following morning and would not recommend to anyone. Worth it to stay farther away.
