About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, with sea views, 150 m from the beach, with a surface area of 40 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A west-facing loggia with sea view, complete with table, chairs and wall-mounted clothes line
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV
- A shower room
- Separate WC
- Mezzanine sleeping area with two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Relaxation, swimming and water activities on the nearby beaches, plage des bussoleries which is a supervised beach 150 metres from the flat.
- Walks and hikes along the coastal path, in the Saint Hilaire forest or towards the Saint-Jean-de-Monts pier.
- Discover the local gastronomy
- Cycling, tree climbing, mini-golf
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private basement garage (capacity for one vehicle and two bike hooks are available).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: St Gilles Croix de Vie, about 3 km away: we can collect you from the station and bring you back if necessary.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, about 80 km away.
- In summer, the littorale summer shuttle provides free service to several towns, including Saint Hilaire de riez.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen is included.
- Bath towels are not provided. Please bring your own.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
