The Tiny House:
Modern, elegant, and comfortable—that’s how the Tiny House can be described in a few words. In a prime location by a beautiful lake, surrounded by Mecklenburg’s natural beauty, you can enjoy a special vacation here. With 48 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 4 people. A large, bright living area with an open kitchen forms the heart of the house. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower ensure all the comforts of home. Air conditioning, a dishwasher, a heated towel rack, satellite TV, and freshly made beds are just a few of the amenities that will make your vacation even more relaxing.
In front of the house is a cozy wooden deck (facing southwest). Garden furniture, a grill, and a patio umbrella are provided. You can park your car right next to the house. Wi-Fi is available directly from the campground for a fee.
The surrounding area within walking distance:
From the vacation home, it’s just a short walk (100 meters) to Lake Garder, which features a swimming area and a dock. Rowboats, pedal boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards can be rented right on site. Right on the campground grounds, you’ll find a small grocery store, a bistro, go-kart rentals, a playground, a beach volleyball court, and a soccer field, as well as washing machines and dryers. The campground is situated in the heart of a large area of forests, fields, and lakes. You can set out on extensive hikes in all directions right from here. A café and a horse farm are within a 10- to 15-minute walk.
Leisure and Attractions:
The central location between the state capital of Schwerin, Lake Müritz, and the Baltic Sea offers countless opportunities for excursions and leisure activities. Highly recommended attractions include the Wildpark MV, Dobbertin Monastery, Kindertobeland, the water park and Western town in Linstow, and the summer toboggan run and Monkey Forest in Malchow. All of the attractions mentioned can be reached by car in 20–40 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea, the state capital Schwerin with its famous castle, the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar, and Lake Müritz are all about 40 to 60 minutes away by car. We wish you a relaxing and eventful vacation at the “Söven Seen Huus.”
