My husband and I took a long weekend to visit Hot Springs. This loft apartment was the perfect place to stay. Short ten minute walk gets you downtown to all the bathhouse fun. Property manager was a breeze to work with. The actual place was beautifully decorate with modern touches mixed will old town rustic feel. Others were staying in the same apartment area but we never heard anyone. We even enjoyed the back patio space by the back door!!

The unit was very nice. It was within walking distance to downtown. Our only complaint is that the street/outside noise was terrible.

A very lovely place although very loud traffic until about midnight. Very strong smell of air freshener in the hallways that seeped into the room, not welcome for us that are scent sensitive. Nice easy walk to bathhouse row, great pizza restaurant below and great "Best Cafe" just up the street.

Based on photos, it appeared to be two lofts with decks (back entrance) or front entrance going upstairs. This is a shared space and does not adjoin your room. I always book with some outdoor space. Someone must have stolen the plates. One plate. I typically cook a couple of meals. Did not cook here. Plenty of linens. No extra kitchen garbage bags. Bring your own shampoo, soap. One small hotel room size of each. Water doesn’t get hot. Need to use dishwasher to sanitize dishes. The room itself was very nice, clean and had lots of character. The only quiet time was when it was raining. The street is extremely noisy and the motorcycles rode back and forth our entire stay. Thursday-Monday. The rooms stay lit because the blinds don’t block out the street lights. Our room overlooked Ouachita. Not a romantic couples getaway place as I expected but definitely convenient if you want to walk bath row which we did. The pizza place below is very good.
