Family friendly place one block away from the beach!

My wife and I had a great time. We were unfamiliar with the area, and it was a great home base for exploring. Very easy beach access, at a point approximately in the middle of the 7-mile stretch of beach--we enjoyed taking long walks in both directions. Loved having both front and back decks for either shade or sun. About a 10-minute walk from the pier (with restaurants, rides, etc.), so, within reach but not right in the middle of the congestion and crowds. It was convenient having a staffed office across the street, and the staffpeople were extremely helpful and gracious at check-in and when we had questions a couple of times after that. Visitors should be aware that the shower is TINY, and that there is a railroad track within a few dozen yards behind the place. Neither bothered us but they might bother some.

We had a wonderdul time, clean rooms and comfy beds. Management was very accomdating.

Overall a very nice place and location. Front and back patios. On second floor. Small bathroom. Comfortable for 4.

The property was clean and comfortable for us. The area of OOB is interesting. It was off season so it definitely felt a little ghost town ish. Not too far from Portland or Kennebunkport. Rocco’s pizza was fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
