The Avenue is 3 Bedroom lower unit in a large stately brick duplex in one of Wauwatosa's most beloved neighborhoods: Jacobus Park. The location is walkable to shops and dining including Collectivo Coffee and all of the amenities and charm in the Village of Wauwatosa. Nearby Jacobus Park and Hart Park offer great family-friendly activities. The home is stylishly decorated and well-equipped for up to 6 guests. Off-street parking and quick freeway access. Professionally managed by our local team.

Freshly updated and decorated with mid-century and boho touches, this 1927 classic home retains much of its historic charm while feeling comfortably adapted for 21st century living. A modern kitchen and living spaces, along with the bold primary bedroom give our guests a taste of living within the pages of a design magazine. The home is stocked with most everything you could need for a comfortable stay including bathroom essentials, full kitchen, and extra towels and linens. Please be advised this is a lower unit and the upper unit is occupied by a family, which may present some ceiling noise, as is common in older buildings.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire first floor unit and laundry area in the basement. A unique code will be generated for guests to access the home via the smart lock on the side door and on the rear door of the lower unit.
