✳ Walkable: Kohl’s and McDonald’s are directly across the street for ultimate convenience.
✳ 2 Miles: Mayfair Mall for premium shopping and dining.
✳ 3 Miles: Milwaukee County Zoo, Children’s Wisconsin Corporate Center, and the charming boutiques and eateries of Tosa Village.
✳ 10 Miles: Downtown Milwaukee (an easy 20-minute drive).
GUEST ACCESS:
✳ Entry: The suite is located on the second floor of a mixed-use commercial building. Please note: Access requires walking up a flight of stairs (no elevator). You'll enjoy easy self check-in via a smart digital keypad.
✳ Shared Entryway & Hallway: The second floor is home to another VRBO suite. While your individual unit is completely private and secure, please note that you will share the main ground-level building entryway and the upstairs hallway with other guests.
✳ Parking: We offer free, off-street parking in the commercial lot on the SIDE or REAR of the building. Please do not park in the spaces directly in front of the building, as those are strictly reserved for the retail and restaurant customers downstairs.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
✳ No Kitchen or Laundry (Yet!): Please be aware that this unit currently does not feature a kitchen, kitchenette, or laundry facilities. It is ideal for guests who plan to enjoy Wauwatosa's & Milwaukee's great restaurant scene or order takeout. (The building owner is in the process of adding a kitchenette and a shared laundry area in the coming months).
✳ Commercial Building: Because there are active businesses and restaurants on the first floor, you may notice some standard daytime commercial activity during your stay.
✳ Stairs Required: The suite is located on the second floor and is only accessible via a flight of stairs. There is no elevator on-site, so please keep this in mind when planning your luggage!
✳ Neighborhood Sound: Please be aware that the building sits along a main street. While the central location offers incredible access and convenience, city and traffic sounds are to be expected.
✳ For stays longer than 28 days, we require at least one professional cleaning service (per month) during the stay at your own expense.
✳ For your protection and ours, we have two cameras in the exterior of the property and an additional two in the common area hallway. We take security seriously - we’re not spying on you!
