Sugar Shack - Condo with amazing views, close to slopes!

Sugar Shack is a 2-bedroom condo perched high atop Sugar Mountain in the quaint town of Banner Elk. A perfect destination to escape the sweltering summer heat or to enjoy an action packed ski weekend with friends! The condo can sleep 4 guests with both a king and queen bedroom, each with their own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to prepare delicious meals and also includes both a Keurig and drip coffeemaker for java enthusiasts. The adjacent living room is beautifully decorated and includes a large TV next to the cozy gas fireplace (Spectrum cable provided and streaming apps available for sign-in). Head out to the amazing deck located just off the living room. Soak in the long range mountain views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink of choice. There is an electric grill for guests to use on the deck as well.

When it's time to head to the slopes, you'll find yourself located just an 11 minute drive down to the base of the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Downtown Banner Elk is 15 minutes away and features incredible restaurants! Head over to Beech Mountain Ski Resort, located about 25 minutes away. Downtown Boone and Blowing Rock are both a 30 minute drive, as well as Grandfather Mountain (and the Mile High Swinging Bridge!). Sugar Shack offers an incredible location that is close proximity to all fun attractions that the High Country has to offer.

Additional Notes:
- This home is located down 2 flights of stairs (each with 5-7 stairs).
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- The roads leading to this home are paved but moderately steep in many places. AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended in winter months, and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
