This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit sits above 5,200 feet in elevation providing breathtaking views and only a 200 yard walk to Sugar Mountain’s Summit Express ski lift and slopes at 5,300' elevation! Enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck (accessible from master bedroom and living room) and take in the incredible long range mountain views - see as far as Charlotte on a clear day! Equip with central HVAC, WiFi, cable TV, gas logs and a fully furnished kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances this unit is sure to provide everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip to the mountains. Unit will sleep 4 max with a King bed in the master and a Queen in the guest room. Just a quick drive to local attractions and activities such as skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, rafting, bike trails, farmer’s market, shopping, restaurants etc. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Max occupancy is 4. 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. Also, EV charging is not allowed at the Reserve. There is a $100.00 fine for anyone found charging one. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Beautiful property. Would have appreciated knowing it was bottom apartment only assesible by stairs. We are both 65 and climbing stairs was difficult. Also, i would suggest a curtain or blinds that can be drawn for sun. We enjpyed and it was very clean.

Enjoyed our stay at this unit. Great location and awesome views. Unit was comfortable and stocked well. Several small things made the stay a little less enjoyable but can be easily resolved. The televisions in the bedrooms are very small and hardly watchable. TV/Cable remotes are missing in one of the bedrooms. The coffee maker was long overdue for a thorough cleaning/descaling and un-useable. Property management was extremely helpful in arranging a later check out. Would definitely stay here again.
