* All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.
* We offer lockable bike storage in the carport closet that stores about 4 bikes depending on size
* We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!
* The Mural House has two separate units, side "A" and side "B".
* We offer the entire unit to be booked for larger groups so reach out if you are looking for both sides.
* The parking area is shared with the other units guest so please be courteous and obey the parking rules.
* Complimentary Level II EV charging with Tesla universal charger. Includes Magic Dock for NACS and J1772 charging. The EV Charger is shared with the other unit.
* Mural House is located on a quiet street in a prime location to all things Bentonville!
* Expect quiet peaceful views off the back deck while you enjoy the wooded view and seeing bikers ride along the Tristan Trail behind the house.
* There are a number of amazing restaurants within minutes (some even walkable) of the house so if you're not up for cooking you'll have great eats!
* Bike trail access is about 300 feet from the front door and Bentonville is extremely bike friendly so bike wherever you'd like.
* If you're wanting to give your legs a break don't fret because there is ample parking throughout all of the hot spots in Bentonville.
* Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
