With 4 bedrooms, including one king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 trundle bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. An additional sunroom with a pull-out sofa and black-out curtains can make for an additional private sleeping arrangement. The 2 bathrooms offer a soothing retreat with amenities like a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer. Additionally, the living room provides an additional space with a cozy sofa bed.
Furthermore, enjoy the fantastic outdoor amenities, including access to the water on our brand-new dock, or cook a nice BBQ using the new grill with indoor and outdoor seating. Overall a pleasant stay. The kids loved the paddle boards.Place could use a better cleaning services. Many HVAC vents and ceiling fan blades were filthy and screen on sliding patio door was torn which allowed insects in.

Vacation with kids and grandkids. Check in was very easy! Teresa was very quick to respond when I texted with questions. Very spacious home right on the water/lagoon. WiFi worked great in the house, not able to connect out on patio. Washer/dryer and dishwasher on property.. Very nice property. Would definitely rent again!!

It’s a beautiful place, we were there for dance nationals competition. We had a bunch of moms and girls and there was still plenty of room for all of us. Lots of stuff to do, the girls had a great time with all the water activities. Teresa was amazing, if we end up that way again definitely staying here. Thanks again for opening up to us, we loved it.
