About this house rental
Seasonal rental: located near a vineyard in the Côtes du Rhône without vis-à-vis in the village of Gaujac (Gard) in the south of France. About 40 minutes from Nîmes or Avignon. Close to the sea (1 hour) and the Ardèche. 20 km from the Pont du Gard or Uzès.
House of 30M² (Non-smoking inside) comprising:
1 living room with a sofa, a table and chairs, a large screen satellite TV, a wardrobe cupboard.
1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a desk, a storage unit, a wardrobe cupboard.
1 kitchen equipped with a hob, an extractor hood, a microwave and an electric oven, a fridge, a freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, kitchen utensils...
1 small shower room, shower, sink and toilet.
Outside 1 terrace under an old oak tree with table and chairs as well as 2 deckchairs.
A masonry barbecue is available.
This small house is equipped with air conditioning.
In the one-week rental we offer a private hammam session, the loan of mountain bikes (helmets not provided).
Ideal for a couple who wishes to visit our beautiful region or for rest and quiet relaxation.
An Intermarché is 500m away at the entrance of the village very convenient for some shopping, other shops 5 minutes away by car.
Many regional markets that smell of Provence.
Linen provided: bath towels, a shower mat, a set of sheets and bed covers, dish towels.
