About this apartment rental
This 1800 sq. ft. townhome gives you stylish comfort and convenience for a Cincinnati area trip. It's close to downtown, ball parks, museums, theaters, airport, and more. It's well located on the Southbank shuttle route. Uber rides are available too.
There are three bedrooms and three baths. On the main level, there is the living dinning room, kitchen, bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bath with shower, and a balcony. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, and two bathrooms as well as washer/dryer up stairs. . The unit itself is up a flight of stairs from ground level, and two bedrooms are up another flight of (relatively steep, old school) stairs along with two baths. Lots of vacation rentals try to cram 6 people into a tiny unit, that isn't the case here at all. With 1800 sq. feet, there plenty of room and plenty of privacy.

A group of 9 ladies stayed at Units A & B this weekend, for the Cincy Open. These units are great! I love that they have a bathroom for every bedroom. The location is perfect for walking to downtown to Cincy, as well as plenty of fabulous restaurants and bars in local Covington. We had fabulous meals at The Governor's house, Mama's, Juniper. The place is well stocked and the washer and dryer are a plus. Anthony was great ! One of the girls had shoes delivered to the unit and they arrived a day early. Anthony contacted the owner of the mexican restaurant and they picked them up and held on to them for us. My family and I stayed here last year, so this is our second time to stay in this unit, and it won't be our last. Great Place for a great weekend !

Property was perfect for our needs. Clean and had the amenities were needed for our stay. We enjoyed downtown Covington. Love the old architecture of the building. I booked the house specifically for the first-floor bathroom and bedroom for my 85-year-old father. Th bedroom was on the first floor but it had two sets of stairs (three if you count the outside steps) to get to the first floor. The bathroom was also on the opposite side of the house. It all worked out fine, but we were surprised by the set-up.

We love the location and the room sizes of this property. It took us a minute to find the property because the name of the restaurant- where the property is located- has changed. The owner needs to update his instructions. All of the pillows are flimsy and flat and the street gets kinda noisy in the early morning hours 6- 8. If you’re a light sleeper, forget about sleeping in late on vacation. We also awakened to a parking violation from the property manager one morning, but after calling we worked it out. She didn’t recognize our vehicle so she threatened have it towed. Other than that, we enjoyed the trip.
