The ideal location for making lifelong memories during your vacation! For fishing or simply lounging on the beach, it's a quick drive to Cape Point! Paper goods, towels, and linens are required for every visitor. Sea Escape has been furnished and decorated according to the owner's preferences. The following are provided: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters. There are fees for reservations, partial stays, taxes, and insurance.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

I would have to say as far as closeness to the beach you are basically right on it. Location was awesome. Unfortunately, we woke up one morning to an infestation of flying bugs. They were all over the living room furniture, the walls, ceilings, windows, and floors. I reached out to the property manager and it took a day and half to get anything done. One of the workers finally brought her personal vacuum cleaner so that I could at least vacuum up these bugs off everything. I just feel the property manager didn't think it was a priority. I understand they can't control the pest control company but it took a day and half before they even offered to bring something by to clean this mess up. I just hope moving forward if they have a someone call with issues they do better about handling it than they did with us. Too much money was spent to rent the house to have to deal with those issues. And not once did the property manager call me or speak to me. It was one of the workers in the office. I manage an office myself and in my opinion the office manager failed on their part. When we come back to visit the OBX I will not book with this company again.
