The modern design rooms showcases three queen-sized beds, a plush queen-size sofa bed, and an additional queen-size blow-up mattress, ensuring ample space for a peaceful night's rest.
As an added delight, guests have the privilege of complimentary access to the community pool (cannot be heated sadly), just a short stroll away. Picture yourself enjoying a refreshing swim under the sun or relaxing by the poolside, indulging in the tranquility of our inviting neighborhood.
Our location is prime—situated within walking distance to the community pool and a mere 15-minute drive to both downtown Gilbert and downtown Chandler. Explore the vibrant scenes of these charming towns, filled with eclectic shops, fine dining, and cultural attractions.
Guest access
Free parking right in front of the house but no garage access. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations.
You will have complete private access to the house, backyard and patio. The only areas of the house that are off-limits are the garage and couple of owners closets closed.
The laundry room is fully and easily accessible for all your laundry needs.
Other things to note
Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm.
Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.
