About this house rental
Newly Renovated! Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was recently remodeled in May 2023 and the space was carefully curated with our guests in mind. The perfect destination to get away and relax in the beautiful Arizona sunshine. The home sits on the 4th hole of Greenfield Lakes Golf Course. Take advantage of the outdoor resort style pool, golf course views, firepit, yard games and BBQ. Located in Gilbert with plenty of restaurant/bar choices. Top golf is just one mile away!
Family managed! We completely remodeled our home to fit the needs of our guests. We are passionate about travel and spending time with loved ones, which was the foundation to how we designed and furnished this home for guests. Your home away from home!
The Pool will be heated with no fee in the cooler months!
The home is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Top Golf and 25 minutes from Scottsdale and the Airport.

**The house is well equipped for kids with a high chair, pack n play, door sensors and yard/board games**

- Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, dining ware (both ceramic + plastic), toaster, and blender
- Coffee/Tea bar is stocked with a variety of options, Keurig cups, ground coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar packets

Beautiful, clean home. It was perfect for our group of six women, friends for 50 years. Pool was lovely and we enjoyed the golf course view. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Highly recommend.

Excellent property! Home had everything we needed and was close to stores and restaurants. We all enjoyed the perfect temperature heated pool. Hosts were amazing.

Overall experience was great. Property was as shown on the listing. Clean and had everything we needed. Small quirk was the dishwasher doesn’t open all of the way due to the configuration of the kitchen, it works but can’t open it without opening the stove and even then it doesn’t open all of the way. Would be great if they had dish soap for the sink. Other than that absolutely no issues! Would stay here again
