This is the second time staying at this property. The house is nice and for me the location is excellent because my main reason for going is to enjoy the river. I would have no hesitation in staying at this property again.

Nice place, good location for water activities. Fourth bedroom does not have a bed, but worked out well for us as a "kids room."

We played on the river for five days. The proximity is amazingly close to Rio Vista (free municipal park) about a four block walk. Made it so easy to spend the morning at the river. Come home for lunch. Go back to the river and still have an evening of family time. The access to I 35 is awesome. Having four bathrooms with 10 people made things very nice. The proximity to the Olympic outdoor center on the other side of the freeway, makes it extremely easy to get to professional guides and rental of toys and access to tours and professional kayak instruction at kayakinstruction.org.

The house was nice but I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the home. The master bathroom does not have hot water in the shower.
