About this apartment rental
This luxurious and spacious flat, located in the Plaza Virgen de los Reyes (Center of Seville), in front of the Cathedral and the Giralda, is unique in Seville for its location and facilities. Located in the picturesque Santa Cruz district, it is perfect for exploring the city. On foot, without the need to take a car, you will be able to discover the city of Seville. Close to the flat, just a few metres away, there are several places of interest such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Real Alcázar of Seville, the Church of Santa María La Blanca or the Archive of the Indies.
Likewise, the area has a wide range of leisure and restaurants where you can enjoy the Andalusian gastronomy. In addition, just a few minutes' walk from the flat there is a metro and tram stop.
The flat has the following characteristics:
- Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom with bunk bed for two and bathroom en-suite
- Large living room with an unbeatable view of the Cathedral and the Giralda.
- Television
- Baby cot (must be requested in advance)
- Wifi
- Air conditioning/heating
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, crockery, etc.
- Lift: we would like to warn you that the lift, due to its size and age, requires careful use as no more than one suitcase should be taken up at a time and no more than two people. The flat is on the second floor.
Likewise, in the flat you will find sheets, duvets, towels, gel, shampoo and all the basic products you may need.

-Late check-in with additional cost of 20€: from 21:00h onwards.

Since we were traveling with two little children, we really took the location of our accommodation and the size into consideration. This flat was PERFECT! Everyone had enough room to move around and we could pop in throughout the day if someone needed to rest. There was some street noise in the evenings but nothing a sound machine couldn't disguise! What a wonderful place to stay for the start of our trip!
