Perfectly located a block from Lake Michigan, this 5 bedroom/4.5 bath house is newly constructed in the Trailside neighborhood. The community pool is right out the back door and is heated and accessible from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. South Beach and Kids Corner Park are a very quick and easy walk from the house or unwind poolside with the feel of the lake breezes. Downtown South Haven is just a mile away and makes a lovely walk or short bike ride. Endless outdoor activities await you. As you enter this gorgeous Luxury home, the coastal color palette begins and is carried throughout. The entry-level floor is complete with a guest bedroom and full bathroom along with a custom wet bar, large-screen TV, and queen sofa bed. Continuing to the main level, you will discover the spacious living room featuring a gas fireplace. The dining area opens to an inviting outdoor deck. Your ideal kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and an island that comfortably seats extra guests. This main floor would not be complete without the half bath, abundantly sized bedroom, and ensuite bath for perfect privacy.
