Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment situated across from Fort Totten Park. Steps to Fort Totten metro station, bus line & Catholic University. Very easily accessible by car with free parking; it's right off N. Capitol St. and Can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Additional people can be accommodated at additional cost. Welcome to this lovely, warm modern home where you can relax at home and enjoy.

Great host! Super clean & bright, exactly as pictured online, easy check-in process, very nice to have a parking space, super convenient to the Basilica which was what we were looking for! Thank you!

My wife and I, our daughter, and her two kids just returned home after a terrific weekend at this wonderful property in NE Washington DC. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, with everything virtually brand new. Lily, the property owner, welcomed us warmly and made sure we knew to reach out to her if we needed anything. She lives very close by. The location was perfect for us to see our two sons who live in the District. The location is ideal for any family attending graduation, family weekend, etc. at nearby CUA. If you're a Civil War buff, the Soldier's Home and cemetery are very close by. There was enough parking for our two cars, wifi worked great, and the beds were super comfy. I highly recommend this property. Lily will make sure your stay is a pleasant one.

The property owner has done a very good job of upgrading the property and making it comfortable for guests. Only issue is walking up or down the many steps if you have heavy luggage or lots of groceries.

This property suited our needs very well. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us to never feel crowded, was super-clean and fresh and accommodated our need for parking. Lily was a very accommodating host that wanted to make sure everything was right.
