About this campground/ rv resort rental
Tiny Home built on "Tiny House Nation" with one Queen bed in a loft and twin on main floor. Sleeps: 3 Pets: 2 Please note prior to booking, this home does have a sleeping area in a loft accessed by a ladder. If you require an accommodation with more accessibility, please give our Office a call. The kitchen has a 2-burner electric hot plate, toaster, microwave, single Keurig coffee maker and full-size fridge w/ freezer. Dishes, silverware and pans provided. Shower, sink & toilet. Towels, shampoo and soap provided. A Smart TV is located downstairs. You can sign into and watch your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) on the TV, we do not provide any TV services/cable at this time. There is a picnic table outside with a propane BBQ grill. Two parking spaces designated for home, and they are behind the tiny home and labeled. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Tiny home ONLY has a 2.5 Gallon water heater, so showers are short. We have big clean bathhouses for long hot showers. A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added to your stay at checkout. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50. No additional pets are allowed.

This cabin was perfect for our short stay in CO. It had everything we needed when we would return after a long day of adventuring. Beds are comfortable and AC blows cold! Look forward to visiting the area again.
