This Tiny Home is custom made by a Colorado craftsman has one Queen bed in loft accessible by stairs and also has a fold out Full futon on main level. Sleeps up to 4. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas range with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and full-size fridge. Dishes, silverware and pans provided. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and on demand water heater. Tiny Home has a Smart TV which you can use to log into your streaming services; we do not provide any TV services/cable at this time. The home has a deck with a BBQ grill, chairs and a picnic table. There are two parking spaces for Flat Tops and they are behind the tiny home and labeled. A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added to your stay at checkout. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50. No additional pets are allowed.
