*About The Home*
First Floor
• Kitchen: Dining table with a leaf to accommodate seating for up to 10 people, 3 barstools, drip & Nespresso coffee makers, 1 high chair, 1 booster seat, suction plates, filtered water in the fridge, and all of the kitchen appliances, utensils, serve ware, and dinnerware needed for a comfortable stay.
• Living Room: comfortable seating with a smart TV featuring Youtube TV for streaming plus family games in the entertainment center.
• King Bedroom: This room features a king bed, built-in wardrobe, dedicated workspace, and a TV.
• Playroom: As described above, the playroom has a rock climbing wall, monkey bars, climbing net, train & car table with tracks, magnet wall, play kitchen, fort building, cash register, toy rocket ship, tree house building, and little people activities.
• Full Bathroom: This bathroom has a walk in shower. In the closet, you'll find a brand new, full-size washer & dryer.
• Patio: Dining table with seating for 10
Second Floor
• Bunk Room: This room has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds with stairs separating them. The stairs are drawers for additional storage. You'll also find a built-in reading nook with comfortable pillows and fun lights, as well as bean bag chairs. This room has a TV.
• Full Bathroom: This bathroom is connected to the bunk room and the hallway. The bathroom features a shower with a bath tub and double vanity.
• King Bedroom: This room features a king bed, reading chair, TV, and private patio with 4 lounge chairs & a fan. In the closet, you'll find a mini crib & baby changing pad.
Outside:
• On the bottom level, we have 2 hammock chairs, 2 wagons, beach chairs, and beach toys available for use
• Parking available for 4 cars under the home

Linens are included. Beach towels & Mini Crib (pack-n-play sized) sheets are NOT included.
This property is a duplex. One side of the duplex is occupied permanently.
Ample Beach parking is available along the main road and at the beach accesses. Off-Road driving on beaches is permitted in certain areas.
Golf Cart rentals are available locally. Please let us know if you are interested and we can help coordinate.
An additional liability waiver agreement is required to be signed, to stay in the property.
Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Max of 2 pets.
The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. We have one camera in the car port that monitors the entrances to the home.

We had a wonderful time! Our family of 5 (3 kids, age 6 and 5 y/o twins) LOVED this home. We chose it because it was a short distance walk (10 mins) to the beach and it was not to close to the boardwalk because we did not want to deal with late night noise. The location of this home allowed for quiet at night time but still gave the proximity needed to experience Carolina Beach. We also chose this home for the kids' playroom and activities. We wanted a place that would keep them entertained and this place did more than that! Our children had memorable experiences. The adults were also extremely pleased! Our host was very communicative and professional, she checked in with us to ensure all was well. A situation occurred that preceded us and she took care of it right away! In all, we had an excellent experience! The pictures are not photoshopped...they show exactly what the home is: a beautiful, clean oasis!

Very cute and nice perfect for our girls trip. Rachel was very attentive and responded back very quickly. I will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a blast at this kid and dog friendly beach house! The playroom was a hit with the littles, and the beach carts with sand toys were an added bonus. Beach chairs and boogie boards were also available for use, which meant less packing. The house was beautifully decorated, and stocked with all necessities. We will definitely return!
