The living room features comfy sofas and a widescreen SMART TV with built-in streaming services to enjoy your favourite shows comfortably. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy the stunning city views!
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential amenities and cutlery to fulfil any culinary requirement. So feel free and cook some delicious meals. There is a dining table for four if you wish to dine in.
The apartment comes with two bedrooms. The first has a delightful king bed, and the second has a queen bed. Both mattresses are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathrooms are small but well-ventilated, with a walk-in shower, clean towels, and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, there's a shared WC for guests to use.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the World Trade Centre are a 15-minute drive away.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
