Commercial, residential, hospitality, entertainment and leisure facilities rub shoulders with green spaces, water features, lakes and fountains. Business Bay sits adjacent to the Burj area, and its famous boulevard, iconic shopping mall, dancing fountains and first-class amenities in the vicinity of the world’s tallest tower.
Downtown Dubai, The Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall are just a 15-minute drive away from the apartment.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
