Clean, new, comes with a balcony and almost everything you need.
Could have provided some laundry detergent and dish washing liquid. the dressing/work table was also missing a chair for working.

the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was super nice
everything was perfect except the location its so far from the metro station,, no mirror in the room and this was a disaster for us we asked them to provide us with at least a small one but they said that they couldn’t

Clean and quiet. 10 min away from BurjKalifa by taxi. Easy to check in/check out. All the utilities,you can feel like home.
On booking is not text that when you check in, them ask you deposit. So be prepared to pay one deposit to receive your keys. Deposit that you will receive back when you make check out.
