Bright and tastefully furnished with modern chic decors, this charming studio is close to many of Dubai’s top attractions!
Fitted with a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV subscribed to Netflix, and a comfy queen bed (lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens), relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. There’s also an accessible balcony with a gorgeous view of the Dubai Marina.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an induction cooker, an oven, and a microwave. If you fancy dining in, you can dine at the dining bar available.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
As your safety and health is our priority, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The apartment building is in a great location for business travelers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a minute walk from the home.
The Dubai Marina walk, a minute walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants while the palm tree lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.
DXB Airport is 25 mins away by car.
Marina Walk is just 7 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 10 mins away by car.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.

All perfect.
Shower room walls were dirty and covered with molds. Absents of the cleaning products for bathroom and kitchen. Only 4 towels for bathroom and no for kitchen.

Hidden gem in the heart of Dubai Marina
: It was clean and nicely decorated with amazing amenities and at the heart of the Marina. Higly recommended. Rolando provided me a warm welcome and explained everything I needed for my accommodation. He was so kind and made my stay even more pleasant!
