The beautiful Maison Rayons de Soleil in Monaturoux, is ideally located only 3 min from the Lac de St. Cassien by car, 10 min from the golf course Terre Blanche/Spa, 35 min from the famous film festivals Croisette and Cannes and 30 min from St. Raphael.
Supermarket and stores are 5 minutes away.
The villa has 147 m² and is equipped with a 4x9m pool. There is a covered sun terrace, a small children's playground and 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with shower and 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with corner bath, 3 toilets). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cooling and heating. An open plan living area connects the kitchen, living and dining room.
