Our eco-friendly swimming pool is solar-heated, harnessing the power of the sun to naturally warm the water. This sustainable heating method ensures a comfortable swim while reducing energy consumption, offering both luxury and environmental responsibility. The pool is not gas heated.
📌 Importantly, the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children. There is no lifeguard on duty. Accepting this booking is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.
We have two (2) security cameras on the exterior of the property facing the street and a ring doorbell which records anyone entering the home, for everyones safety. There is a camera in the backyard that came with the house. It is offline and disconnected. Nothing is being recorded in the backyard.

We absolutely loved our stay. The first thing you notice when walking in other than the amazing open layout is the fresh smell. The place was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The place is well stocked with everything you need including a great coffee bar. We will be back again I’m sure.

This was a very nice, large home with a great layout. The beds and couches were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. It was a bit chilly to enjoy the great backyard area but we enjoyed the hot tub. The pool table has some wear and tear but was super fun to have. Kitchen is well stocked and we understand that there will be new additions to the utensils, etc. in the near future. Great location, nice neighborhood. Would stay again!

We are 4 Senior ladies and let the property management know we liked the single story home as we do not do stairs. There were no pictures on the listing of the three steps down to enter the home or the four steps up into the garage to use the laundry. NO handrails on either or to enter/exit the pool. Several issues in the pool area with steps down transition and one of us almost fell.Very nice home overall, but the kitchen amenities were unacceptable: extremely old and battered (and low quality) coffeepot, cookware (only one pan was usable due to others being scratched and peeling teflon), Nespresso pot was not compatible with the pods provided, air fryer was filthy and minimal flatware. The water was turned off to the refrigerator so no filtered water or ice maker. There were just two towels in each bathroom, two hand towels and no washcloths.Tripping hazard in the garage with an old dirty rug with curling edges in front of the washer/dryer.We were instructed to take the trash barrels to the curb during our stay. When on vacation we do not want to put trash cans to the curb. Property Management should take care of that. We also were not advised when the pool maintenance man would arrive and were startled to suddenly find a man in the backyard. (no knock on the door to announce his arrival either) We had to limit our comings and goings to only have to navigate the front steps with our 97 YO mother and sister with a knee brace, to once a day.
