A beautiful, bright living room with a seating area and dining area is the heart of the home.
The large kitchen is located right next to the living room and features a stove/oven, dishwasher, espresso machine (Nespresso), drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
The house has three spacious bedrooms, one of which opens onto the spacious south-facing rooftop terrace.
On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a toilet and sink.
Outside, you’ll find a furnished, partially covered terrace with a grill. The fenced-in property is approximately 1,000 square meters in size.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The quiet location near the beach makes it easy to leave the car behind.
The idyllic natural beach and the South Beach are about 1 km away.

The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area in Staberdorf, and both the house and garden are available for our guests’ exclusive use.
