Au Pin is located 700 m above one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. In 2011 Lingueglietta was included in the illustrious circle of "Borghi più belli d' Italia", the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy. You can easily reach a restaurant, a pizzeria and a coffee bar also on foot.
The vacation house is situated in the middle of the green. Behind the ground begins untouched mountain nature, only a small village road leads up here and then further over the passes into the Maritime Alps. Here you have unlimited possibilities to enjoy the original nature of Liguria.
Very impressive is the wide sea view from the outdoor area with brick barbecue in front of the house and the roof terrace. You can see over the village and the coastal villages over the whole bay, on clear days you can even see Corsica here.
The house itself is furnished in a functional and friendly way. The large patio doors open directly into the greenery and let a lot of light into the living space. Inside you will find a large, bright kitchen-living room with fitted kitchen and a comfortable sofa with satellite TV. From the living room you can get to the bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and to the modern shower room with washing machine. An ideal place for nature lovers in search of peace and quiet to spend a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle!
