About this apartment rental
Step into your Lakeside Paradise in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. This waterfront condo sleeps 6 people and has gorgeous views of the main channel. This is a walk in unit, no stairs. The complex offers access to two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a swim dock! Located at mile marker 12 on Horseshoe Bent, just minutes from the Strip, Osage Beach, and tons of waterfront bars and restaurants. There is a 12'x30' boat slip available for rent!
**Please note the balcony is under construction. It does not hinder functionality.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and all of the essentials to make you feel at home! The dining area features a bar height table with seating for four.
Living Room
The Living Room features a sofa, a loveseat, side tables, a flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open up to the lakefront balcony. There is a also a queen sized 24" thick air mattress for guest use.
Master
The Master features floor to ceiling windows so you can wake up to a gorgeous view of the lake, a king-sized bed, nightstands, a flat screen TV, closet, and sliding glass doors with access to the balcony. The attached bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom two features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a flat screen TV.

Outside
Out on the front porch there is a gas grill. The lakeside balcony features a table with seating for three as well as a bench for additional seating. There is a 12'x30' boat slip available for rent!
Please Note: There are currently deck supports on the deck placed by the HOA until the decks are redone in 2025. They do not inhibit the view or use of the space.

The Regatta Bay complex offers access to two pools, a tennis/pickleball court, and a swim dock. This complex is conveniently located on the popular Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Strip, Osage Beach, Baxter’s, Shady Gators, Dock Knockers, JB Hooks, go-kart racing, boat rentals and so much more.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
***Credit card fees are not refunded if a reservation is canceled

The condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Location was near great restaurants. My only complaints, which is minor, we could have used pool towels and more bath towels. Primary closet was locked so would have liked a wardrobe to hang clothes in. But these are not deal breakers…it’s a great place!

Place was impeccable and the view was spectacular. Great location. In the middle of everything. Property was so clean and cozy. Will definitely be coming back. Would definitely recommend staying at the property 10/10.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the condo.
Pros: It was clean, well-maintained, and well-decorated. The grounds of the complex were also well maintained. We were even able to enjoy one of the pools by ourselves. The view from the screened-in porch was nice. We also liked the location.
Cons: The mattress covers on both beds felt like they had a plastic lining, which caused sweating on the skin that touched it, and it was loud when moving. We had to sleep on towels to avoid the sweating. Also, the listing said it slept 6, but I don't know where. I thought there was an air mattress, but we couldn't find it. Luckily, our grandson is only 7, so he didn't mind sleeping on the couch.
Overall, it was a good stay, but please replace the mattress covers!
