Property is exactly as advertised and shown in photos. Comfortable and well equipped. Street noise from a neighborhood in transition was common especially on the weekends.

This is a wonderful unit along W. Cumberland St. In the northern half of Philly. Super clean, super easy check in and communications with the host. Less than a 10 minute walk to the SEPTA station to catch the subway into the heart of Philadelphia. Local markets nearby for shopping, but very overpriced for the convenience. Less than a 10 min drive to Walmart, Aldis and other grocery stores. This is on the 2nd floor as you pack accordingly for carrying bags up the stairs. Cabinet were stocked with many common spices. Was going to make smoothies one morning, but could not find a blender. Beds were comfortable and all towels were clean, fresh and appeared newer. Well stocked toiletries, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls, etc....All in all, a very enjoyable 5 day stay...

The place was exactly like the pictures. The check-in process was easy. Only thing to note, there is no elevator. So know you have a couple of stairs to take your luggage up, but nothing crazy.
