The Space:
- Open and spacious layout with a sizable, but cozy living room, a dining area for 6, and a well-equipped kitchen with island.
- Main bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed, large closet, dresser, and luggage rack. There is an attached full bath in the main bedroom as well!
- Inviting guest bedroom with a queen bed, good closet space, dresser, and luggage rack.
- Elegant guest bathroom with spacious vanity, soothing soaker tub, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).
- Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove), tea kettle with herbal teas, K-cup coffee maker, and toaster oven.
- Charming back porch with seating for 4, offering views of a beautifully landscaped backyard.

This rental listing includes the right unit, only, on the property. There is a completely separate left unit on the property, which shares a driveway, parking pad, and backyard. Each unit has its own separate parking.

This home sits just a short distance from one of Atlanta’s coolest neighborhoods for artists and young families, East Atlanta Village. With its many eateries and pubs, there is no shortage of things to do locally! If you're in for a quick 5 minute drive, you can access some of Atlanta's best hotspots in nearby Glenwood Park, Reynoldstown or Cabbagetown! One of Atlanta's most popular attractions, the Beltline, is easily accessible from any of these neighborhoods where you'll find beautiful street art, the iconic Krog Street Tunnel, and many eateries and attractions... not to mention, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk. We’re just a few blocks from Brownwood Park (perfect for picnics and play time). Also, just a short walk away at the corner of Ormewood Ave & Moreland is Ormewood Square which has a few delicious restaurants & shops of its own! Please note, we DO NOT allow for EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS because our homes are occupied with guests back to back.
