The Space:
- Open concept living includes comfy living room sofa with chair and dining for 4
- Two plush guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds, closet, luggage racks, night stands & dressers
- Beautiful, stylish bathroom complete with a spacious vanity, a relaxing soaker tub, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
- Kitchenette amenities include stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot plate), plus a tea kettle with herbal teas, a coffee maker with K-cups, and a toaster oven
- Quaint back porch area for seating for 4 that overlooks a quiet backyard
- Private parking for two vehicles on a gravel pad in the backyard, along with additional on-street parking for extra vehicles
* Additional Tiny Home Rental located in back of the property has separate parking and outdoor space (divided by tall privacy fencing). In addition, there is a Left unit that is a 2br/2ba. All units or a combination of 2 can be rented together for accommodations for 6-10 people (Tiny home accommodates 2, Left unit accommodates 4). This rental listing includes the right unit, only, on the property. There is a completely separate left unit and tiny home on the property, which share a driveway, parking pad, and backyard. Each unit has its own separate parking.
The Neighborhood:
This home sits just a short distance from one of Atlanta’s coolest neighborhoods for artists and young families, East Atlanta Village. With its many eateries and pubs, there is no shortage of things to do locally! If you're in for a quick 5 minute drive, you can access some of Atlanta's best hotspots in nearby Glenwood Park, Reynoldstown or Cabbagetown! One of Atlanta's most popular attractions, the Beltline, is easily accessible from any of these neighborhoods where you'll find beautiful street art, the iconic Krog Street Tunnel, and many eateries and attractions... not to mention, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk. We’re just a few blocks from Brownwood Park (perfect for picnics and play time). Also, just a short walk away at the corner of Ormewood Ave & Moreland is Ormewood Square which has a few delicious restaurants & shops of its own! In addition to some wonderful walkable amenities, this home and location is a quick drive to all of Atlanta’s other top neighborhoods and attractions.

Please note, we DO NOT allow for EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS because our homes are occupied with guests back to back. I stayed in the sunny sanctuary for 30 days and it is just that, a beautiful sunny sanctuary. Tucked off in a very quiet neighborhood that isn’t too far from the highway and everything you’d need is nearby anyways. The place is very spacious and well laid out. Kitchen is a mini, but works for regular meals with stove top and convection oven. Host was gracious and the space was clean and great sunlight in the evening thru the back windows. Would absolutely stay again.
