Code locks on all the doors make it easy to come and go without worrying about keys. It is a structurally well built home with beautiful original oak floors giving it a warm and inviting feel. The house is located on south Lincoln Street but although the street is busy the unit is peaceful and quiet. Lovely & central. Please Note: The owners reside in the lower unit of the home but respect your privacy and do not interact with guests unless needed.
A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
