House is easy to access and located close to Olympic National Park entrance in Port Angeles. The house was quiet and secure and we liked that it was away from the harbor. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and showers, wi-fi, and laundry worked well. We loved the charm of the older house and the frequent deer sightings in the neighborhood. Highly recommend visiting Buena Luz Bakery at the corner for coffee and delicious pastries!

The decor was very nicely designed in this home. We appreciated the very comfortable beds and living area to relax. My husband liked having the desk to do some work on his laptop. The location was ideal for our visit to Olympic National Park. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Our travel group was 2 couples. The home is well maintained and clean. The public room furnishings were very nice, the kitchen/dining room were well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The upstairs bathroom w/tub is a standard size, but the downstairs bathroom is a bit tight and the shower is tiny so that may be a consideration for some folks, but it worked fine for us. The location is excellent in a nice, quiet neighborhood and had great off-street parking. The location was perfect - just a short drive down to the Port Angeles waterfront and it was a great home base to explore the northern portion of the Olympic Peninsula.

Centrally located, with a view (in the distance) of the water and a bit of a view of the mountains from the front of the property. And the house met all of our needs and then some! It was perfect for our visit with family there. Port Angeles is relatively small, so everything was in close proximity. And we were right next to the Hurricane Ridge Rd. Olympic National Park entrance (although we didn't go there because the road was temporarily closed).

We couldn’t be more pleased with The Fika House and our stay there. It was just as it appeared in the pictures on VRBO. Very clean and we could tell a lot of thought went into the decorating. We appreciated the information booklet and the extras (eggs and sausage in the fridge)! It was very comfortable and a convenient location. Communication with the host was excellent. Fika house is a clean, nicely decorated home located very conveniently to the entrance to Olympic National Park and a very short drive down into Port Angeles. From here we enjoyed both of those things plus an easy drive to Lake Crescent. The owners are friendly and very responsive to any issues. The home, like most in the area, is older but has been updated and well cared for. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely return.

We had an exceptional experience at Fika House. Everything was exactly as described and even better. I've never stayed at a more well-appointed rental of this type. So many thoughtful and generous touches. Merari was phenomenal in providing all the info and assistance needed to meet every need during our stay. I literally cannot think of one single thing that could have made our stay better. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The fridge and kitchen stocked well beyond our expectations. Netflix and other streaming services included. Hair dryer, toiletries, etc., Everything we could have possibly needed was anticipated and made easy to find. Beautiful views from the deck as well. Our son got married in the Ancient Groves and this was our home base for the groom's family. It was truly perfection all around. My son even changed their plans for where they would take additional wedding pictures based on amazing photos left by a previous guest, and it was pure magic. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for our family to come for a weekend to watch my son play basketball at Peninsula College! It was close to the school and everything we needed to do! It was a super comfortable house and super cute! We loved it and will stay again when we are back in Port Angeles!
