From the time the elevator opens directly into your condo, you will find the ultimate in gulf coast luxury. Enjoy your morning coffee on the 8th floor MASSIVE wrap around balcony attached to this gorgeous 4 Br 4.5 BA private entrance condo located on beautiful Perdido Key Florida. Continue your day enjoying the beautiful sugar white sands, hang out at the pool, work out in the fully equipped gym with sauna or just lounge on the large balcony. For meal time you can cook in the fully stocked chef's kitchen, walk to restaurants right across the street or drive to one of the many wonderful restaurants close by. There is something for everyone whether you are looking for something quick and casual or looking for a slower pace gourmet dinner. Afterwards, nighttime entertainment can be found right next door at the FloraBama! You never know if a famous artist will drop in for a set but you do know there will always be fantastic music being played on each of their 5 stages!! Downtown Pensacola is also 30 min away.
The Mediterranean Complex is only 40 units and has a very large, private, sparsely populated beach. No fighting for chair/tent space here! Each condo has a separate PRIVATE entrance. No people running up and down the halls at night to wake the kids or bother anyone! This 4 Bedroom 4.5 bath condo has almost 3500 sq ft of living space! Each extra large bedroom boasts a sliding door to the 1500 sq ft balcony as well as a private bathroom. There is an additional half bath in the main hallway. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed and an attached bathroom with a huge shower and a separate jetted tub, separate water closet and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a Queen bed and a walk-in shower in the attached bathroom. Bedroom 3 is equipped with 2 Full size beds with a tub/shower combo in the attached bathroom, and Bedroom 4 is equipped with a King bed with a walk-in shower in the attached bathroom.
The extra large living area is furnished with two large reclining sofas with usb chargers on each side of the sofa as well as 2 swivel recliners. The large kitchen has a table that will seat 8 as well as seating at the 2 island bars. Speaking of bars, there is a wet bar equipped with a wine/beer fridge and ice machine. This unit is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer and a trash chute for garbage disposal.

2 fee parking passes available-passes must be displayed. There is one designated parking space for this unit, the other space is first come, first served. Cars without a pass may be towed without notice.
