Summary:
Enjoy a relaxing Florida vacation by the pool! This stylish guest house is centrally located between downtown Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The property is full of old Florida charm and has a peaceful Key West style, while at the same time remaining close to all of the fun and excitement that Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
The Space:
The home is a beautiful newly remodeled one bedroom pool house equipped with lots of modern conveniences and finishes.
Guest Access:
In addition to the house itself, guests have full access to the backyard including the pool, dining area and lounge chairs!
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the Middle River Terrace neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, FL. This area is located between downtown and Wilton Manors and is close to many shops, bars and restaurants.
Getting Around:
There are lots of amenities and shops within walking distance of the home, but for further trips I would recommend either driving or using a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft. The home has one parking space in the driveway for guest use.
Other Things to Note:
Pool can be heated for a cost of $25 per day.
Interaction with Guests:
I will be available to guests for anything that they need, but will not disturb guests unless they have questions :)
