ubicacion, camas limpias y menaje de camas. los cuartos estan agradables y limpios.
el baño no lo encontre del todo limpio, el piso en las esquinas sucio y la banera no me dio confianza de limpieza, ademas presenta humedades. se reposa el agua en la tina. por otro lado, la cocina la cafetera no funciona. en el sink hay fuga de agua por los lados falta de sellante para evitar este inconveniente. limpieza en los utencilios de cocina. la cocina en general no es adecuada, gabinetes sueltos etc.

Location in quiet residential area. Short walk to Holiday Park with playground, pickleball courts, dog park. Short drive to beach.
Apartment is clean and well maintained inside and outside. Has access to washer and dryer.
Small microwave and electric kettle would be nice to have.
