→ Age Requirement - Reserving Guest must be at least 19 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.
→ MONTHLY STAYS - Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!
→ Damage Waiver - There is $1,500 of accidental damage coverage which is included per reservation and provided by Safely Insurance! `

Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

WE thoroughly this place. We brought our grands for an end of the school year trip and actually booked for more for our staff of four location of schools.
