The house is very cute and clean, but the neighborhood feels unsafe. It was wonderful to have a kitchen, which helped us save money on meals. The washer and dryer were also great to have. Nate was very responsive to our texts and calls. Unfortunately, we had difficulty getting into the house upon our arrival because the door was very tricky and hard to open. After multiple attempts, it wouldn't accept our code anymore. This happened twice, and Nate eventually instructed us on how to find the key in the lockbox. Additionally, there is a train that runs all day and night just two blocks from the house, which could be disruptive if you're a light sleeper. On our third night, a dog next door barked and growled from about 11 PM to 1 AM, right outside the master bedroom window. It's also worth noting that the only bathroom is located off the master bedroom, which may be awkward depending on who you are sharing the house with.
