Glorius Amazing 2BR1BA Stay Near Lively Downtown

The home was nice and it was the perfect size for what we were looking for. The decor was well thought of and pieced the home together. The bedrooms were clean and simple, which we enjoyed.

The check in time was 4PM. We arrived a few minutes early, however we noticed the cleaning crew was still there. We waited almost 20 minutes before finally going to the front door and then they left. We also did not like that the bathroom door and one of the bedroom doors did not close all the way.

We loved everything about the property; the location, the amenities, and cleanliness :)

It was more than we expected - no complaints

Good space lots of storage.

No central heat or AC. Restroom door didn't close all the way. They restrict what you watch on both TVs yout not allowed to download apps and login your own accounts they will charge an extra fee for it so it leaves it boring there. One heater in the living room was broken so we only had two small heaters. Some towels under the bathroom sink were dirty. Beds were loud and squeaky with any kid of movement just sitting on it. Mattresses were not comfortable. I paid an extra $50 fee for early check in. When I arrived for early check in they were still cleaning the place when I was told it would be read for my early arrival and they start cleaning as early as 10am. Not the best neighborhood is San Antonio but majority of San Antonio is like that now. Other then that it would be a great place. Just some minor issues that need to be fixed and not misleading in the advertising. I give it a 6 out of 10 stars.
