The unit was quiet, and clean. My family and I stayed here for 5days and enjoyed it very much. The unit offered pretty much everything you could need or would like. Neighboring residents were friendly and quiet. The pool, hot tub and grill area was kept up nicely. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Owner has upgraded some of the property, but should finish (replace stair carpeting, touch paint and possibly put in a normal sized couch as existing couch is very small. This would. make a lot of difference in the appearance of the property. Owner was responsive, but bath mat, bath hand towels were requested as they were absent, nothing was sent over. Property is in good location, but went just needs to do a few little things to improve reviews and folks who will rent
