The unit was quiet, and clean. My family and I stayed here for 5days and enjoyed it very much. The unit offered pretty much everything you could need or would like. Neighboring residents were friendly and quiet. The pool, hot tub and grill area was kept up nicely. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The condo has adequate space but is not what I would consider exceptional (9.6 rating on Vrbo - it’s not a Hilton). I would rate the overall property at 7ish out of 10. Space was fine and clean but shows its age. Furniture and beds were newer, but most certainly cheaper quality and not very comfortable for an 8 night stay when you just want a place to relax after a long day. The hot tub was decent. Pool is not heated so we did not use. Outdoor pool area is ok and also shows age. it is maintained by the association staff. The outdoor space “back yard” for the condo is quite small with room for a patio table and chairs only. The location is easy to get to and centrally located. It appeared most neighbors lived there permanently. There were multiple dogs around - mostly small but there was some barking. Overall it worked but wasn’t quite what we were expecting for the rating. The host was very responsive and answered questions quickly.
