There was no ltch on the screen door, the washer needed leveling and vibrated violently when spinning and a broken lamp in the living room that was propped up in the corner when we arrived. Otherwise it was a good visit.

Unit was easy to access, neighborhood was safe and quiet.
This unit has just the basics--good place to stay if you are in town for business or will be spending most of the day elsewhere.
The smell was what really ruined it for us--it smelled like mold or mildew, and it was really hard to adjust to.
