Recently renovated and tastefully decorated house of 110 m2 located in the city center of Arcachon.
The accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located a 3-minute walk from Arcachon Station. You can enjoy the icing on the cake with a games room (table football and darts) and a TV room for children. The terrace of the house is planted with vegetation and located due south, it is equipped with Fermob garden furniture, 6 seats.

- 3 bedrooms with two single beds 90x190, two large double beds 160x200; The bedding is new and quality
- On request baby kit: a travel cot, a high chair, unbreakable plate and cutlery
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- two bathrooms with showers;

- a games room for adults and children (table football, darts, library, board games, TV, etc.);
- a dining area
- and a living room.
