It needs a little TLC. The air conditioner went out called the property manager and it was fixed in a couple of hours. The toaster was broken, washing machine wasn't working properly. Other than these few issues it was a nice little house. I forgot to mention every morning starting a 7am there was construction going on because there is a home being built behind this one.

Had family staying at the home while we were participating at the BBQ competition. This met our needs and was a comfortable place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone and had the amenities and housewares people needed to be comfortable. Close to the lake but we were not there for that purpose. About 30 minutes from downtown Lynchburg. The house was clean and ready for guest. It is as advertised. It did get cold at night and we didn't find any blankets to add to the beds so that made sleeping a tad chilly. Overall it was a nice stay.

We were in town for our grandson’s wedding. The house was 10 minutes from Twin Creeks Marina, which made the wedding events easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thank you.
