Our 3 days stay was just beautiful! Hospitality was great, restaurant/food/service was top-notch and the entire resort/lodge/amenities are a hidden gem up in the mountains.

All staff were welcoming. Besides the lack of a vending machine and the presence of stink bugs, it was a very pleasant stay at a very well decorated lodge.

I’ve stayed here twice now this year. The first time was great- no issues. This time a large chunk of paint/ drywall paper was falling off the ceiling in the bathroom, there was no hand soap or conditioner, the bed sheets were full of hair. I asked about hand soap and someone helped me locate some. At 9:00 pm when I discovered the hair, I texted and was directed to a closet down the hall to find clean sheets, but couldn’t so I was relocated to another room at 10:00 pm. The second room had stained carpet and crumbling grout in the bathroom floor. The customer service is decent, the lodge has beautiful views, but the cleanliness and condition leave something to be desired.
